The Step-by-Step System That Helps Families in the “Financial Aid Dead Zone” Maximize Scholarships & Graduate Debt-Free—Without Parent Overload or Student Burnout

Full Ride Formula

You Earn Too Much for Need-Based Aid—But Can’t Afford $80K+ Per Year for College

Are you a financially conscious parent of a high-achieving 10th grader who assumed that good grades and high test scores would be enough for scholarships—only to realize that’s NOT the case?

You’re not alone. The truth is, securing top merit scholarships requires more than academics. Your child needs a strategic plan that highlights their leadership, initiative, and commitment to solving real-world problems—without burnout or forced extracurriculars.

I know your pain, and your child’s pain firsthand because my family has been there…

Hey Nicole here, creator of Full Ride formula! When I was in high school, I was exactly like the students I help today—a high-achieving teen with big dreams but no clear roadmap to winning top scholarships. I don’t just teach this—I’ve lived it.

  • I had the grades. I had the test scores.* But my family was stuck in the “Financial Aid Dead Zone.” We made too much for substantial need-based aid but not enough to afford college without major financial strain.

My dad was clear: If I didn’t secure a full ride, I’d be going to community college.

The task was clear: "Do well in school, and the money will follow."

BUT as I watched other high-achieving students get accepted into great colleges with little to no scholarships, I realized that good grades and test scores weren’t enough.

*I actually self-studied for the ACT taking my score from a 24 to 30 in a matter of 3 months. I help our students do this too!

  • I knew I had to think differently. Instead of chasing every club or generic leadership role, I built a high-impact portfolio that showcased my strengths, leadership, and commitment to solving a real-world problem. That strategy changed everything.

I earned 8 full-ride scholarships worth over $2 million—without burnout, forced extracurriculars, or a laundry list of activities.

And I wasn’t the only one.

My sister earned a full ride to the U.S. Naval Academy and my other sister secured a near-full ride to Howard University.

Now, I help other students and families do the same.

  • Most families assume that top merit scholarships go to the students with:

    ❌ The highest GPAs

    ❌ The best test scores

❌ The longest list of extracurriculars

But the truth is, colleges aren’t just looking for high achievers. They’re investing in students who demonstrate leadership, impact, and a compelling story.

That’s why I help high-achieving students go beyond academics to craft a powerful, scholarship-winning portfolio—without falling into the trap of busywork, burnout, or forced extracurriculars.

Introducing the Full Ride Formula.

A step-by-step system designed to help families in the Financial Aid Dead Zone—those who make too much for need-based aid but can’t afford college out-of-pocket—secure scholarships and graduate debt-free without parent overload or student burnout.

  • Our student mentorship program empowers your child to secure scholarships and graduate debt-free without requiring hours of commitment from you or excessively unrealistic standards for your child.

Our program runs in cohorts of 20 students, creating a community of motivated scholars who support and challenge each other. Through our structured curriculum and live, personalized coaching, we help students develop and execute a scholarship strategy—so parents become supporters of their child's dreams rather than the drivers.

Nicole has a rare gift for helping students position themselves and cultivating the leader from within.

Having known Nicole for over a decade, I’ve always admired her drive, intellect, and ability to bring out the best in students.

I highly recommend her to any family seeking expert mentorship for high-achieving students who want to maximize scholarship opportunities.”

Does This Sound Like You?

You’ve run the numbers and realized that no matter how much you save, you don’t have an extra $80K per year to pay for college.

  • You assumed that perfect grades and high test scores would lead to full-ride scholarships—but now you’re seeing that’s not enough.

  • You’ve heard horror stories of students drowning in $100K+ in student loans, and you don’t want that for your child.

  • You’re overwhelmed by all the conflicting college admissions advice and don’t know who to trust or where to start.

  • You want your child to get scholarships, but you don’t have time to become a full-time scholarship researcher or constantly remind your child of the next deadline.

  • You’re worried about your child’s stress levels and don’t want them overloaded with unnecessary busywork just to “look good” for colleges.

If you’re nodding your head, you’re in the right place.

The Problem: Why Most High-Achieving Students Miss Out on Scholarships

Most families believe that if their child just gets good grades and high test scores, the money will follow. But here’s the reality: Top merit scholarships go to students who can prove they’re more than just book-smart.

Without a clear strategy, high-achieving students blend into the crowd, and families end up scrambling for last-minute solutions—often resulting in crushing student loan debt. Colleges and scholarship committees look for students who demonstrate:

  • Have they identified a real-world problem and taken action to solve it?

  • Do they have a compelling story and body of work that stands out?

  • Are they consistent and intentional about how they spend their time?

What If You Had a Proven Roadmap?

Imagine having a clear, step-by-step system to:

🎯 Position your child for top merit scholarships—without extra stress or wasted effort.

🎯 Help your child stand out in competitive applicant pools—without forcing them into random extracurriculars.

🎯 Make the scholarship process student-driven—so YOU don’t have to micromanage every step.

🎯 Ensure your child has multiple full-ride and full-tuition offers—so they can graduate debt-free.

That’s exactly what we help you achieve inside Full Ride Formula.

Full scholarship search support to maximize all possible funding sources

✔ Guidance on leveraging local, corporate, and national scholarships

✔ Application strategies for external full-tuition or partial scholarships

While exact numbers vary, about 60-70% of full-ride scholarships in the U.S. are merit-based, awarded by colleges or private organizations like National Merit and corporate scholarship programs.
