Magleny Vazquez serves as the Executive Assistant to the CEO of Lionheart Coaching Academy, where she has spent the last four years operating as the steady, detail-driven implementer behind the organization’s growth to multi–six figures.
Her strength is execution. Magleny excels at taking direction, organizing information, and carrying out tasks with precision, consistency, and follow-through. She manages executive calendars, organizes communication, maintains operational flow, and ensures that key initiatives are executed accurately and on time. Her ability to keep processes moving, uphold structure, and close loops allows the CEO to stay focused on vision and strategy while she handles the day-to-day implementation that keeps everything running.

In addition to her executive support role, Magleny is Lionheart’s in-house design expert and primary copywriter, producing graphics, written content, and marketing materials that maintain the Academy’s voice and brand coherence. She takes creative direction and turns it into clean, polished assets that support launches, parent communication, internal documents, and public-facing brand identity.
Before joining Lionheart, Magleny spent over six years as a Marketing Consultant, advising more than 15 mission-driven brands in message clarity, campaign design, and digital influence. This background gives her a rare hybrid skill set—combining administrative discipline with marketing execution—making her a reliable and multifaceted implementer across the organization.
