Before stepping into her current role, Magleny served as Chief Operating Officer at Selah Seminary, where she directed daily operations, mentored over 20 interns, and helped scale revenue by 20x in under two years. Her work integrated prophetic leadership development with measurable business outcomes—merging the sacred with the strategic. She also spent over six years as a Marketing Consultant, guiding 15+ mission-driven brands through brand clarity, campaign design, and digital influence building.
