Student-facing, Brinisha serves as an Accountability Coach and active College Coach in training, helping students translate intentions into consistent action, sustain momentum, and fully leverage the support available to them. She focuses on strengthening student follow-through, fostering family partnerships, and reinforcing the high-expectation, high-support culture at the heart of Lionheart.
Brinisha’s professional experience includes her role as a Quality Support Specialist at Children’s Learning Adventure, where she ensured operational excellence and maintained the highest standards in early childhood education. Her commitment to professional development was further reflected in her tenure as a Senior Early Childhood Mentor at Collaborative for Children, where she coached educators to optimize classroom practices and improve student outcomes.
